Participants are given travel speeds and the time to start each section of the route. The more accurate you are at maintaining the speeds\, the better your ending score will be. \nThis year there will be two classes:\nExpert: For those who have Rally experience and use computers\nTouring: For those less experienced. DESCRIPTION:Our Nov. 3 Drive and Dine event includes a unique opportunity to visit a working winery during harvest season – and taste the end results. \nWe’ll be touring Premium Wine Group\, a custom-crush and co-packing wine-making facility that services many of Long Island’s wineries\, and Suhru and Leib Vineyards\, an award-winning winery and vineyard. \nThe cost is $40 per person\, and there is a limit of 20 people. \nCEO and head winemaker\, Russell Hearn\, will conduct the tour. The winery operates seven days a week during harvest season. There will be people working\, water on the ground\, grates\, drains\, and hoses to step over. Safe flat shoes\, sneakers\, or boots must be worn. \nPlease note that there are no accommodations for anyone with mobility issues. The tour will begin at 10:30 AM and last about one hour. \nFrom there we’ll head to at Suhru and Lieb Vineyards\, which is about an 8-minute drive from Premium. It will be held at the Nettesheim Museum\, a 12\,500-square-foot Museum where private collections of motorcycles\, automobiles\, and other automobilia are displayed. The public is invited only through special invitations. \nThe collection consists of more than 100 classic and modern BMW motorcycles. Plus\, an ever-expanding assortment of Mercedes-Benz vehicles\, including both a 300SL Roadster and Gullwing\, and two Type-A cabriolets\, a 1937 320\, and 1950 170S. \nThis impressive collection is displayed in a private residence within a quiet local neighborhood.
