SUMMARY:Snowflake Rally
DESCRIPTION:Our club has been invited to join the Porsche Club’s 67th running of the Snowflake Rally to be held on February 5th\, rain\, snow\, or shine. \nSnowflake is a time\, speed\, distance type rally. Participants are given travel speeds and the time to start each section of the route. The more accurate you are at maintaining the speeds\, the better your ending score will be. \nThis year there will be two classes: \n\nExpert: For those who have Rally experience and use computers\nTouring: For those less experienced. The focus will be on teaching how to stay on time\, with hints at many turns along the route.\n\nEvent Details: \nDate: Sunday\, February 5\, 2023 \nRegistration/Breakfast Time: 8:00 AM\nDrive Start Time (first car sent off): 9:30 AM \nStarting Location:\nHauppauge Palace Diner\n525 Smithtown Bypass\, Hauppauge\, NY 11788 \nFinishing Location:\nBirchwood of Polish Town\n512 Pulaski Street\, Riverhead\, NY 11901 \nRegistration: metronypca.org\nPre-registration per car:\nRally-only: $45\nRally & Brunch for two people: $110 \nDay of Event per car:\nRally-only: $50\nRally & Brunch for two people: $120\nBrunch-only\, each: $45 \nAll cars and SUVs are welcome.
