Annual Volunteer Brunch at the Carrolls

Join us for our Annual Concours Volunteer Brunch on August 21st at Mike and Barbara Carroll’s home.
The Carroll’s will provide the main courses and drinks. It would be wonderful if those attending the Brunch could bring one of their special appetizers or desserts. It would also be appreciated if you let us know what you’re bringing when you RSVP to Mike at macsl300@aol.com to avoid duplicates.
Our Concours requires many volunteers to help with activities such as registration, field set up and tear down, judging coordination, car placement on the show field, and numerous other functions. We absolutely need as many volunteers as possible as you are the key ingredients of a successful show.
If you cannot attend the Volunteer Brunch, please let us know that you are available to volunteer to help out at the Concours on September 11th. We will make sure that you get a fun assignment!
