SUNDAY, MAY 7, 2023 STARTING AT 9:30 AM
RAIN OR SHINE!
- Tour the Howard Kroplick car collection, which contains an amazing assortment of special cars:
- 1909 Alco Black Beast, which won the 1909 & 1910 Vanderbilt Cup Races
- 1937 Chrysler Imperial LeBaron Town Car: Della Chrysler’s personal limousine that was purchased from the Suffolk County Vanderbilt Museum
- 1948 Tucker 1044: One of only 51 Tuckers that were ever built. Only 47 Tuckers survive today.
- 1963 Mustang III Concept Show car: The 9th Mustang ever built and the oldest Mustang on the road today. This two-seater Mustang was used to promote the brand in 1964 and 1965 at the Ford Custom Car Show events.
- 1962 Holman Moody Challenger III: (Latest addition) Started out as a Falcon Futura styling study commissioned by Ford as an interim road course race car as it waited for the development of the Mustang.
- Tour of the Roslyn Grist Mill: A rare surviving Dutch framed watermill built between 1715 & 1741. The Mill is located a short walk from the car collection. Hopefully, the weather and the restoration schedule will allow us to visit.

The Spring Dust-Off is one of our major events of the year. We have tried to structure the day so that, hopefully, you can experience all of the planned activities. We are looking forward to seeing a large turnout of members and their guests!Regards,
