Honor and Support Day

On August 20th, we are planning a two-part event that is open to all club members and Vanderbilt Concours participants:
HONOR our Veterans by gathering at the Northport Medical Facility, where our cars will be on display from 10:30-11:30
SUPPORT our Club by attending the Vanderbilt Volunteer Bruch, which will include a practice judges session to be held at the Carroll’s house.

Visit the Northport Medical Center
ASSEMBLY LOCATION:
The parking lot of the IGA Shopping Center:
10 Fort Salonga Road [Route 25A} Fort Salonga, NY
TIME:
9:30-10:00am We will leave promptly at 10:00am to drive as a group to the Veterans Medical Facility, where our cars will be on display for our Veterans to view and enjoy from 10:30-11:30
After our visit to the Veterans Medical Facility, we will drive once again as a group to Mike & Barbara’s house for our annual Vanderbilt Volunteers Brunch, which this year will include a practice judging session for certified judges with hands-on training using member cars.
Hopefully, we will have a great turnout of Club members and other Vanderbilt show entrants:

We need as many volunteers and Judges to help out at the show, as you all are the key ingredient of a successful show.
YES, IT’S OKAY IF YOU CAN ONLY ATTEND ONE PART OF THIS EVENT
If you cannot make the Volunteer Brunch, please let us know that you are available for the Vanderbilt Concours to be held on Sept.10th – we will make sure that you get an excellent assignment.
The Carroll’s will provide the main courses and drinks. It would be great if those coming to the brunch could bring one of their special appetizers or desserts.
