General Meeting

We are planning on holding our next Club General Meeting on Thursday, November 3rd.
THIS WILL BE AN IN-PERSON MEETING

Location: Hauppauge Palace Diner, 525 Smithtown Bypass, Hauppauge, NY 11788
Time: 7:00 PM
Details: Arrangements with the Diner to use their meeting room require we have about 25 people (and everyone needs to order a meal from their menu)

- Review some of the highlights from this year, especially the Vanderbilt Concours
- The main topic will be planning our Club Event Schedule for next year
- Without question, this is one of our most important meetings so please come with all your great ideas. If you cannot attend you can also email me your ideas!
- Review the new Club Website
- Update on the 50th Anniversary celebration

- Nov. 6: Joint Autocross event with the Porsche Club (Bulletin issued)
- Nov.13: End to End Drive & Dine to Montauk point (Details to follow)
- Dec 3: Holiday Party at the Stonybrook Yacht Club (Details to follow)
- Dec.17: Wreaths Across America- Veterans Wreath laying Ceremony (Details to follow)
