The planning process has started for the Vanderbilt Invitational Concours d’Elegance to be held Sept 10th with a rain date of Sept 17th. An important part of the event is the Official Show Program as it provides essential information for both entrants and spectators. Along with advertisements for our sponsors, it also includes the schedule of events plus a listing of previous Class and Best in Show winners. The program is given to all 125 entrants and is made available to the approximately 1,500 spectators attending the show.
Selling ad space is a very important source of income required to properly run the Concours. It would be very helpful if entrants and members could sell ad space for the program. Ad prices, which are the same as in previous years, are shown below.
The remainder of the necessary information is provided below. This can be printed and shared with potential advertisers.
In addition, if you require samples of the 2022 Show Program, please contact Mike Carroll at firstname.lastname@example.org and copies can be mailed to you.
Thank you very much for your help and support as we all work to create another successful show at Vanderbilt.
